The Role
Prospera seeks for a company to assist the Ministry of Health, the general secretary and relevant units, to progress MoH’s internal transformation, human resource development and continue with the culture change program.

About You
To undertake the assignment, the Consultant is expected fulfil the following requirements:
- International and Indonesian expertise in delivering strategic human resource management and organizational arrangement of medium to large sized organizations. The Consultant must have sufficient knowledge of Indonesian public service and MoH.
- Excellent written English and Bahasa language skills along with highly developed communication skills with an ability to quickly develop rapport with team members.
- Strong track record in meeting deadlines, scheduling, and prioritising tasks.
- A team of highly qualified personnel with strong professional and academic background as well as extensive practical experience to deliver similar tasks as required under this Terms of Reference.
- It is expected that the Consultant Team will include, but is not limited to the following roles: - Lead Human Resource Management & Institutional arrangement Advisor /Team Leader
- Senior Public Sector Advisor
- Corporate University expert
- Change Management expert
Remuneration Various – consulting firm with multiple roles. Rate is according to DFAT Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF).
