Job description:
- Ensures smooth processes and high compliance in terms of guest relation, housekeeping and reservation standards
- The ability to coordinate between Front Office and Housekeeping Teams
- To run a credit check reports on each shift, and thoroughly scrutinizes it for any possible doubtful accounts and report as relevant
- Enter all guests (internal and external) into housekeeping log accurately and swiftly
- Trains, cross –trains, and retrains all front office personnel
- Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.
- Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting
- Review daily front office work and activity reports generated by Night Audit.
