Safety Engineer Site (Shift Duty)

Indonesia Pomalaa Industry Park is a company engaged in the management of industrial estates located in Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi, currently opening career opportunities as Safety Engineer SITE (Shift Duty) for placement at SITE Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi, with the following responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities:

1. To entering employee must be aware of the various and regulations of the company. 
2. Supervise the implementation of on-site safety, risk hazard analysis, risk hazard analysis and prevention in daily work.
3. Understand Safety Engineering, mechanical, electrical or other engineering majors, college degree or above, more than 3 years of EHS management experience in large manufacturing companies, automobile manufacturing and logistics industries are preferred.
4. Possess basic knowledge of production/logistics safety management, vehicle management, and enterprise management.
5. Possess systematic professional skills in risk management, accident management, emergency response, environmental management, and fire management.
6. Possess ISO45001 and ISO14001 system audit qualifications and have experience in system management and certification.
7. Those with certain organizational, coordination and communication skills, and those who have served as project safety or department safety director are preferred.
8. Possess safety management qualifications required by Indonesian regulations (such as K3 certificate, etc.)
9. Daily safety inspections on site, routine safety briefings,
10. Establish and improve safety and health management systems and assessment systems.
11. Prepare an annual safety and health education and training plan, organize training according to the plan, and truthfully record the training status.
12. Summarize and analyze health and safety work and make suggestions for improvements to existing problems.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) or above
2. 5 years of relevant work experience as a Safety Engineer 
3. Fluent in English, can be used as a working language, and can communicate briefly with a little Chinese.
4. Good health and have team spirit.
