行政内勤 Sales Administration Officer

岗位职责Job Responsibilities

1. 接受并执行公司北京总部下达的日常行政工作及决定（包含但不限于人员、税务、仓储、货运、销售行政、法律等方面的联络，协调，协助和执行等方面工作）；

Accept and implement daily administrative work and decisions issued by the company's Beijing headquarters (including but not limited to liaison, coordination, assistance and implementation of personnel, taxation, warehousing, freight, Sales Administration, legal, etc.) ；

2. 公司日常运营中各种数据收集，资料档案管理和文书工作，并及时向总部报表汇报，组织或参与公司的视频会议和现场会议及公司活动；

Collect various data, file management and paperwork in the company's daily operations, and report to the headquarters in a timely manner, organize or participate in the company's video conferences, on-site meetings and company activities;

3. 公司日常运营中人事、财务、法律方面工作的整理和管理，以及邮件、电话、接待和与各类代理公司联系、协同工作；

Arrangement and management of human resources, finance, and legal work in the company's daily operations, as well as emails, phone calls, reception, and contact and collaborative work with various agencies;

4. 协助总部和当地业务经理办理进出口印尼货物的通关、货运、仓储盘点、出库确认等周转环节的协调、联络和相关文件的缮制、报关及备案工作，必要的时候需要出外勤办公；

Assist the headquarters and local business managers to handle the coordination and liaison of customs clearance, freight, warehousing inventory, outbound confirmation and other turnover links of import and export goods to Indonesia, as well as the preparation, customs declaration and filing of relevant documents. When necessary, need to go out to work in the field;

5. 公司办公用品保管、发放，固定资产登记备案和日常管理及维护保养等，公司日常信件、快递，包裹的收发工作；

Storage and distribution of company office supplies, registration and filing of fixed assets and daily management and maintenance, etc., sending and receiving of daily letters, express delivery, and parcels of the company;

6. 公司日常运营的税费支出和报销工作。

Tax expenses and reimbursement for the company's daily operations.

任职资格Qualifications

1. 新汉语水平考试HSK（满级六级）至少三级以上，或者相当水平，可以作为日常工作语言，与北京同事流利沟通；

The new Chinese Proficiency Test HSK (full level 6) is at least level 3 or above, or equivalent, and can be used as a daily working language to communicate fluently with colleagues in Beijing;

2. 大学本科或同等学历； Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;

3. 两年的销售行政工作经验； 2+ years of sales administrative experience;

4. 优秀的书面和口头沟通能力，母语为印尼语；Excellent written and verbal communication skills, first language is Indonesian；

5. 工作地点为雅加达或唐格朗。Based in Jakarta or Tangerang.
