Sales Asistant (Chinese / Mandarin Speaker Wajib)

Job Requirements:

1. Age 18-35 years old
2. Education minimum Bachelor’s Degree from all major
3. Fresh graduate are very welcome
4. Fluent to using Mandarin (Speaking, Reading, Texting / Writting, and also listening
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
6. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
7. Good organizational and time management skills
8. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
9. Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
10. available for training in our services before the position begin

Job Description:

1. Prepare service / contract and documents in mandarin when necessary
2. Handle administrative tasks related to sales process, including maintaining client records and managing database
3. Assit in the coordination of events (if any)
4. schedule and coordinate  meeting between clients and conusltants
5. Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings for investor
6. Help in searching mantaining, develops, relationships with customers to generate sales opportunities
7. assist in the answer inquires from vlients concering our services
8. preparing monthly, weeklt report
