Sales Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
3. Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the branch and monitor performance against these targets, taking corrective actions as necessary.
4. Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
5. Foster strong relationships with key customers, address customer concerns promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
