Job Description:
Able to strategies reseller acquisition to build new community in area together with reseller coordinator
Engage with reseller communities in their area with a focus on empowering communities to grow, through sharing, helping, and co-learning within these communities
Develop reseller coordinator capabilities in developing their community to be a productive community
Act as a brand ambassador and represent Evermos who encourage the community to achieve its goals (earn maximum income through Evermos)
Manage calendar events, project timelines, and event budgets.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields from a reputable university.
Minimum 2 years of proven work experience(s) in community management
A ‘people person’ with great communication skills and highly customer-focused
Knows how and when to show empathy, authentic and detail-oriented person
Creative & agile to achieve the target
Have many acquaintances, especially in UMKM, Campus, PKK, and the local community
Able to work in the field and willing to travel within their region
