We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive fluent in Mandarin to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients. Requirements:

1. Fluent in Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Relevant sales certifications or training programs are advantageous.
3. Proven experience in sales roles, with a minimum of [X years] experience in B2B or B2C sales.
4. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
7. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales prospecting and lead generation.
8. Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies, including consultative selling and relationship management.
9. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
10. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend sales meetings and events.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, focusing on Mandarin-speaking markets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales prospecting and lead generation activities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services.
5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales and secure profitable deals.
6. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
7. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
8. Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports, including sales forecasts, pipelines, and activity logs.
9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our client base.
10. Continuously strive for personal and professional development, seeking opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
