Responsibilities
• Create daily promo content and ensure smooth execution by the promo team• Coordinate with the holding promo team for promo programs related to room sales• Coordinate with the holding promo team for assistance in creating promo content for D'PARAGON/DJURKAM• Upload promo content created by the holding promo team to D'PARAGON/DJURKAM's social media• Create detailed work plans for each room sales channel, submit to the head of sales in the morning, and report on the realization of the work plan to the head of sales in the afternoon• Create detailed sales reports for each room sales channel and report to the head of sales• Coordinate with the head FO regarding promo and sales programs• Ensure that room sales displayed on marketplaces other than OTA matches the provided information on room availability by the head FO• Ensure that room prices displayed on marketplaces other than OTA match the prices set by management• Maintain good communication with promo/sales partners of D'PARAGON/DJURKAM• Create and update a database of promo/sales partners and loyal customers• Make sales calls/visits to promo/sales partners and loyal customers of D'PARAGON/DJURKAM to maintain repeat orders and good relationships
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a salesperson (hospitality field preferred)• Minimum 2 years of experience as an event organizer/wedding organizer• Proficient in social media trends• Familiar with offline and online marketing techniques• Effective communication skills• Strong mental resilience and ability to work under pressure• Must have a valid national ID card (KTP)• Relevant work experience of at least 1 year required for this position
