Sales Management Trainee (Tire)

Job Responsibilities

1. Learn and understand the company's products, services, and sales processes.
   Shadow experienced sales managers to observe and learn effective sales techniques and strategies.
2. Assist in identifying potential customers and market opportunities through research and analysis.
3. Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain hands-on experience.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to support sales efforts.
5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
6. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Continuously update product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
8. Actively participate in training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance sales skills and professional development.
9. Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely manner to contribute to team goals and objectives.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Chemical, Machinery, Automotive, or Management.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous sales experience or internship is a plus.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
4. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
6. Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts, processes, and technologies.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
9. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
10. Demonstrated passion for sales, entrepreneurship, and continuous learning.
