Job Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the company's products, services, and sales processes.
Shadow experienced sales managers to observe and learn effective sales techniques and strategies. - Assist in identifying potential customers and market opportunities through research and analysis.
- Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain hands-on experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to support sales efforts.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously update product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Actively participate in training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance sales skills and professional development.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely manner to contribute to team goals and objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Chemical, Machinery, Automotive, or Management.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous sales experience or internship is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts, processes, and technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
