Uraian Tugas
- Ensure monthly sales targets are met by managing leads
- Responsible to achieve and increasing sales target
- Lead relationships and coordination with key partners in the area, as well as internal units for each internal project
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Provide the utmost level of client service
- Participate in pitches
Meminta
- Having at least 8+ years of experience as Sales operations role in media companies is required for this position
- Great analytical and organizational skills, also a great problem solver
- Capable to monitoring and evaluating performance of the team
- Strong management skills, able to coach/mentor/push sales team regularly
- Target oriented and have sense of complete ownership.
