- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including Head and Regional Office commercial teams in the overall Sales Planning process.
- Conduct data-based analysis to derive actionable insights to support sales teams across Indonesia.
- Coordinate revenue target setting and tracking.
- Perform fare and competitor analysis.
- Undertake Ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree holder.
- Fluent in both oral and written English, with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Advance proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Possess ability to summarize actionable insights from extensive and intricate datasets.
- Highly driven, self-initiated and able to work independently.
- Meticulous and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Has a good understanding and appreciation of factors influencing demand, sales, and fare levels.
- Efficient and accurate in extracting data and information from business information systems.
