Sales Support Staff

Qualifications:

1. Minimum education D3/S1 in Engineering, with GPA 3.00
2. Minimum 1 year experience in Sales or Marketing is preferred
3. Proficient in Ms. Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, & Outlook)
4. Able to find potential customers and build relationships with clients
5. Have good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively
6. Able to work under pressure and meet targets
7. Have marketing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
8. Placement in Surabaya

Responsibilities:

1. Follow up and negotiate with clients
2. Create reports and evaluate follow-up results
3. Organize client data
4. Establish good relationships with customers
5. Conduct maintenance and strategies for existing customers
