Sales Trailer Specialist

Position Summary:

As a Trailer Sales Specialist at PT Nusatama Berkah Tbk, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market share in the trailer industry. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, establishing relationships with new and existing customers, and achieving set sales targets. We are seeking results-oriented individuals with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of trailers and the related market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and target potential customers through market research and industry networking.
• Provide customized consultations and solutions to customers based on their needs and trailer specifications.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and sales strategies.
• Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to expand your network and promote our products.
• Negotiate prices and contracts with customers, ensuring profitability for the company.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on market input and customer feedback.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and understand market trends and competitors.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the trailer or heavy vehicle industry.
• Strong understanding of trailer products and their specifications.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Highly motivated with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
