Sea Freight Customer Service

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Following with overseas agents, clients and local suppliers;

2.Contact with shipping company/booking agent to negotiate shipping space/price. Able to independently arrange trailer declaration bill of lading confirmation;

3. Dealing with sea and air inquiries and settling related problems;

4. Good communication and coordination skills, responsible;

5. Good relationship with customers, agents and carriers;

6. Skilled use of Office, high work efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Well-known the sea freight operation process;

2. College degree or above, Good command of written and spoken English;

3. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position at foreign forwarding companies;

4. Responsible and independent with good interpersonal skills;

5. Ability to work under pressure. Team Work spirit.
