Job Description
- Supporting all administrative and secretarial activities
- managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Maintains comprehensive and accurate records
- Arrange and coordinate all travel requirements (flights/accommodation/visas/passports etc).
- Responding to incoming emails, phone calls and documents
- Assisting in professional and personal scope of work, i.e. family events and gatherings
- Keeping information of the organization confidential
- Perform hospitality for guests
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's Degree
- Have 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/secretary or equivalent
- Excellent English (Writing, Speaking, Listening)
- Be committed and dedicated
- Technologically savy
- A strong communication skill
- A strong interpersonal skills
