Senior Administrator Tender Specialist

Qualification :

1. Associate’s degree or Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or related field 

2. Understand SKK Migas CIVD Platform, SMART GEP and E-Procurement for all K3S SKK Migas.

3. Understand PTK 007 Rev 05

4. Have knowledge of local content

5. Profiecient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

6. Fluent in English both oral and written

Job Description :

1.  Prepare tenders in accordance with set deadlines and responsibilities 

2. Work closely with the relevant tender team in compiling all materials required in the tender response and specification requirements

3. Monitoring tender announcements and Thorough understanding of tender process and documentation

4. Prepare Performance Guarantee & Bid Security Requirements
