Responsibilities:
Mainly responsible for customer inquiries, complaints, after-sales, return visits and other operations to solve customer service needs.
Familiar with product functions, in-depth understanding of user needs
Provide services through online communication, support multi-business customer service needs, and provide high standards of service
Timely reply to customer questions by phone and email, analyze and refine product problems and user requirements and submit them to product department to assist in optimizing product quality
Collect and organize customer feedback and contact with customers to help them solve problems
Qualifications:
Capable of speaking English and Indonesian, ability to speak Chinese is preferred
More than two years of customer service or technical support work experience
Strong communication skills and problem solving ability, able to handle problems with efficiency and accuracy
Strong initiative and anti-stress ability, with patience
