Job Responsibilities :
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that organization and talent development initiatives are aligned and tied to company’s overall strategy.
- Manage and become OTD business partner in relation with leading organization changes, provide expert thoughts on any structural changes, supported with solid evidence and data to build an effective organization.
- Manage and conduct organization health index and manpower planning to ensure that current structure is healthy to support achievement of business strategy.
- Manage and conduct performance management cycle (semi-annually), involve in creating awareness until calibration process to ensure that the process is as objective as possible.
- Manage employee survey to ensure that the process is running smoothly and follow up action plan can be implemented to create better working environment.
- Manage and become OTD business partner in relation with leading talent management initiatives, such as: identification of critical roles, analysis talent mapping and create succession planning, develop competency dictionary, career path, individual development plan, and managing HiPo talent development.
- Manage and become OTD business partner in relation with leading learning and development initiatives, from identifying learning needs, develop learning plans and curricula, execute the learning programs, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- BSc/BA/Master in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or equivalent.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in project management and budgeting essential.
- Able to translate data/insights into actionable actions.
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Quickly adaptable with fast-grown environment.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Has a positive can-do attitude and an intuitive mindset .
- Understand global perspectives and knowledge of compliance, diversity and inclusion principles.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in human resource management, especially organization development, talent management, and learning and development.
- Familiar with land transportation network with experiences in a business to consumer (B to C) model an added advantage.
- Experience working within a high-growth and fast-paced company.
- At least 4-5 years of general management experience in the related field.
Others:
- 25% requirement to travel within country.
