The Role
The Senior Manager, Revenue Management, Franchise plays a key role in optimizing revenue and maximizing profitability across our smaller Franchise Operators. Support and guide Owners, Operators, and hotels to properly utilize Hyatt’s systems, tools, and analytics. This role will support the team in administering scalable audit communication, guide transitioning hotels and sustain projects with 3rd party vendors. This position reports to the Regional Director of Revenue Management, Franchise.
•Support small Operator’s training compliance and adoption of Hyatt’s Revenue Management systems, tools, and reporting.
•Create, distribute, and administer scalable communications to Operators for Revenue Management compliance audits and PrO rollout.
•Manage the STR access administration for Americas Franchise Operators.
•Lead Operators of transition hotels through Revenue Management requirements on Hyatt RM systems, standards, and reporting. Complete necessary follow-up to ensure hotels are connected to reporting and systems.
•Support assigned Operators and RDRM’s with strategy and system improvements for Focus Hotels.
•Support and guide Owners, Operators, and hotels in the Franchise division to formulate and implement inventory and pricing strategies across supported channels. The goal is to increase market share, maximize revenue and yield high net profits.
•Support the leadership team achieve success in all department goals (RPI, Dive Direct, Loyalty, RMS installation and adoption).
•Ensure assigned Operators are practicing Hyatt Corporate Revenue Management guidelines as outlined in the Americas Revenue Management Standards and procedures manual.
