Who You Are:

• An experienced Market Access professional, passionate about ensuring equitable access to life-saving diagnostics
• A data-driven strategist with a strong understanding of medical device/diagnostic regulations and reimbursement processes.
• A skilled communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare professionals, and patient organizations.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze market trends and regulations to identify opportunities for expanding access to Roche Diagnostics products.
• Develop and implement Market Access strategies, including stakeholder engagement, value propositions, and reimbursement submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market launch and product uptake.
• Monitor and measure the impact of your work and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
