Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across various channels, including inbound, outbound, and events. This role requires a well-rounded skillset and the ability to think creatively while driving measurable results.
Job Description
Inbound Marketing:
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, and social media content.
- Manage SEO efforts to improve organic website traffic.
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns using email marketing, landing pages, and other lead capture tools.
- Analyze marketing data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the ads team to manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and social media advertising.
Outbound Marketing:
- Work closely with the outbound team to develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and influencers.
Events:
- Assist in planning and executing of marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
- Manage event logistics, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
- Measure event success and identify areas for improvement.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product, to achieve marketing goals.
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations for senior management.
- Assisting the marketing manager in managing Marketing Development Fund (MDF), and co-marketing budgets aligning spend to region, product and account goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Marketing role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing principles.
- Experience with event planning and execution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with tools, such as wordpress, and graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva (a plus).
