Responsivities

1. Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the overall business goals.

Identify and analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs.

Define brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all channels.

2. Team Leadership and Management

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals.

Set clear goals and expectations for team members.

Delegate tasks effectively and foster a collaborative environment.

Provide performance feedback and support professional development.

3. Campaign Development and Execution

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, traditional).

Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics.

4. Brand Management

Lead efforts to enhance and maintain the company's brand image.

Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and touchpoints.

5. Digital Marketing

Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

6. Budget Management

Develop and manage the marketing budget.

Allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Monitor and report on budget utilization and performance.

7. Public Relations

Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's image and maintain positive relationships with the media.

Handle crisis communication and address any negative publicity effectively.

8. Analytics and Reporting

Implement tools and systems to track and analyze marketing performance.

Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to Director and General Manager.

Use data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

9. Collaboration with Sales

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Provide sales enablement tools and materials.

Monitor and analyze lead generation and conversion metrics.

10. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that can enhance the company's marketing efforts and reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in driving marketing results and achieving business goals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term marketing plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
