Responsivities
1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the overall business goals.

Define brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all channels.
2. Team Leadership and Management
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals.

3. Campaign Development and Execution
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, traditional).
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics.
4. Brand Management
Lead efforts to enhance and maintain the company's brand image.
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
5. Digital Marketing
Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
6. Budget Management
Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Monitor and report on budget utilization and performance.
7. Public Relations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in driving marketing results and achieving business goals.
