Senior Reward Manager

Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a leading global fashion brand with their search for a Senior Reward Manager, to be based out of their Paris office.
Reporting into the Reward Director, you will have a number of responsibilities including:
* Supporting the Reward Director with the delivery of projects throughout the year
* Being proactive, bringing ideas to the business and pushing through business enhancing reward initiatives
* Developing and enhancing benefits across the region including harmonising benefits that are currently in place
* Developing the reward communications to ensure that there is a full understanding of the compensation and benefits programmes
* Supporting with the cyclical reward activities
We are looking for a strong total reward professional who has a worked on an international basis. The role is based in Paris and requires someone to be in the office 3 days a week. The role offers a highly competitive salary, bonus and excellent benefits.
