About Us:

We, EF English First Joglosemar Group, are actively seeking a Senior Teaching Manager to join our dedicated management team at EF English First Solo. We are in search of motivated leaders who are not only proficient educators but also committed to driving collaborative and continuous growth.

Job Responsibilities:

- Teaching:

- Deliver English instruction to a diverse age group (3-18), encompassing core classes and engaging activities like Life Clubs, school visits, and cultural events.

- Scheduling:

- Strategize and communicate the academic schedule, ensuring efficiency for sustained growth.

- Training and Mentoring:

- Allocate dedicated time to mentor and train teachers, and leverage our online training system focusing on honing both their academic prowess and professional skills.

- Professional Development:

- Do class observations to identify areas of improvement, give feedback and collaborate with the academic team to formulate personalized development plans.

- Cross-Departmental Responsibilities:

- Collaborate seamlessly with sales, service, and marketing teams to optimize center operations. Contribute actively to the ongoing development of these departments.

- Expand Your Network:

- Cultivate relationships with fellow educators, actively participate in group-wide collaborations for professional advancement, and foster connections with other centers within our organization.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Native speaker or a non-native speaker with minimum C1 level of English proficiency (C2 advantageous).

- A minimum of 3 years of experience within EF, including at least one year at the Senior Teacher or Senior Teaching Manager level.

- For external candidates, a minimum of 5 years of full-time teaching experience with recent leadership responsibilities.

- Clean criminal background check.

- Possession of a TEFL/TESOL certificate is a noteworthy advantage.
