Senior Warehouse Staff - Sap Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Warehouse Staff with expertise in SAP to oversee and optimize warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Warehouse Staff, ensuring efficient workflows, and leveraging SAP systems to enhance overall productivity. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and SAP functionalities.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:
   1. Lead and supervise a team of Warehouse Staff, providing   guidance, training, and performance feedback.
   2. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure team cohesion and high morale.
2. Warehouse Operations:
   1. Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
   2. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
   3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to optimize stock levels.
3. SAP Integration:
   1. Serve as the SAP expert, ensuring the proper utilization and optimization of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) module.
   2. Collaborate with IT and SAP teams to troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and enhance system functionalities.
   3. Train Warehouse Staff on SAP processes and procedures, ensuring a high level of competency within the team.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
   1. Utilize SAP reporting tools to generate accurate and insightful reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
   2. Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
5. Quality Assurance:
   1. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory data.
   2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with established procedures and standards.
6. Continuous Improvement:
   1. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the warehouse.
   2. Implement best practices and technology solutions to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-5 years) in warehouse management, with a focus on SAP integration.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) module.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Fluent in English written & speaking.
