SHE Superintendent

Qualifications:

1. Minimum D3/S1 in Mining Engineering / Environment Engineering / Occupational Health and Safety/ Geology Engineering
2. Minimum 6 years experience in SHE field in coal/mineral mining (Iron Sand, Nickel, Gold, et cetera.).
3. Have BNSP AK3 General certificate
4. Expert in Occupational health and safety law
5. Have a good leadership and communication skills with team, coworkers and external parties.
6. Willing to be placed in North Halmahera with 8:2 roster system.

Job Descriptions:

1. Prepare technical SOPs for mining operations (IBPR, SA, JSA) and document reports related to government regulations (Accident/incident report, corporate compliance).
2. Carry out procedures for controlling, identifying, and recording mining OHS documents and records accurately according to applicable procedures.
3. Responsible for monitoring and reporting of routine work such as daily safety inspection and periodic inspections.
4. Evaluate and distribute hazard report documents, inspections, and other monitoring through the k3lh program system.
5. Ensure the work area is safe with PPE, installing signs, IBPR studies, Inspections and Making JSA with related departments
6. Ensure environmental reports and evaluations are made per 3 months / semester for RKAB reporting.
7. Create a program to minimize hazardous waste so that it is well accommodated.
8. Implement and make HSE programs, HSE meetings faithfully every month.
