Uraian Tugas

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

  1. Assist the New Hire administration process
  2. Conduct an onboarding and training process of 4 SOPs to New Hire (Safety, E-Commerce and Hashtag) so that New Hire can understand the material quickly and precisely for 7 working days, and accompany New Hire when doing tandem processes with buddies.
  3. Create New/ Modified/ Refreshment SOP slides to make it easier for Agents, QA and Shift Leads to understand the existing SOP.
  4. Make a Post Test to measure the understanding of Agents, QA and Shift Leads of the material that the trainer has conveyed
  5. Deliver New/ Modified/ Refreshment SOP to Agent, QA and Shift Leads
  6. Make a New/ Modified/ Refreshment SOP Training Report as a reference that Agent, QA and SL have understood the material and reported to the Policy Team and Regional Team so that the SOP is immediately valid/onboard.
  7. Create Post Test and Competency Test as a standardization of new Shopee Video employees so that they can work in accordance with the specified target.
  8. Conducted SOP Training and Refreshment for agents who experienced a dedicate transfer
  9. Became an arbitrator for the Safety, Labeling and Ecommerce calibration process so that the right and correct answers were obtained.
