Site Inspector

Work location : Autograph Tower 33rd Floor
Job responsibilities :

1. Conduct regular on-site inspection to verify that construction activities adhere to approved plans, specifications and quality standards
2. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations and safety requirements
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection findings, including photographs and reports
4. Document any deviations from approved plans and recommend corrective actions
5. Verify the quality of materials, workmanship and installations during construction
6. Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to address and resolve quality issues promptly
7. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on construction sites
8. Conduct safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
9. Coordinate with project manages, architects, engineers and contractors to address construction related issues
10. Participate in construction progress meeting to provide input on site conditions
11. Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports to project stakeholders
12. Proved timely updates on construction progress and any issues that may impact project timelines
13. Identify and address on site challenges promptly, proposing practical solutions
14. Collaborate with the construction team to resolve issues and maintain project continuity
15. Effectively communicate inspections results and recommendations to various stakeholders
16. Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure a smooth construction process
     

Education Background : Bachelor Degree in Architect, Civil Engineering or Construction Management
