We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our team and help us showcase the beauty and luxury of our resort to the world as we grow brand and our presence in the online world. 

Job Description
As the Social Media Manager / Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing all Social Media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and ultimately generate bookings for Nisi. 
 

You will work closely with the directors to ensure that our Social Media efforts align with our overall marketing goals, and you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and compelling content that reflects the unique experience of staying at Nisi Villas Bingin.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create high-quality, visually appealing content including photos, videos, reels and written posts that showcase the beauty and luxury of Nisi Villas Bingin.
- Manage and grow all Social Media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Pinterest.
- Engage with our online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor Social Media analytics and use data-driven insights to optimize our Social Media strategy and improve performance.
- Collaborate with the team to align Social Media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to keep Nisi Villas Bingin at the forefront of Social Media.
- Be able to support the team with any additional admin assistance.   

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Excellent photography and videography skills with the ability to create captivating visual content.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in using Social Media management and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and online advertising is a plus.
- Good verbal and written English
