GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various Social Media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and possess the skills to create captivating content tailored to each platform. This role requires a deep understanding of our target audience and the ability to engage with them effectively through Social Media channels.
Qualifications & experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in software (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, HubSpot etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in handling Social Media.
- Proven experience in Social Media management.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across multiple platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze Social Media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content and strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest Social Media trends, features, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
- Engage with our Social Media audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Social Media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Work closely with designers, video editors and Operations Team, to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Social Media advertising campaigns, including budget management and targeting optimization.
