As a Social Media Intern at Imajin Manufacturing Hub, you'll have a significant role in boosting our online presence and engaging with our target audience on various Social Media platforms. Your responsibilities include creating compelling content and managing Social Media accounts.
Social Media Intern Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Create and develop engaging daily content for Social Media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and relevant channels.
- Work with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
2. Platform Management:
- Schedule and post content using scheduling tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content based on performance data.
4. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to ensure consistency in brand messaging and promotional activities.
- Support in coordinating events, campaigns, and collaborations.
5. Cross-Platform Integration:
- Explore cross-platform integration opportunities for a cohesive brand presence.
Social Media Intern Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and emerging trends.
- Basic graphic design skills for creating visually appealing content (tools used: Canva, Capcut, or similar).
- A keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Openness to learning new Social Media strategies.
- Proficient in Social Media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Wix blog and email newsletter platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to marketing objectives.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas.
- Create campaign concepts that blend brand uniqueness with user interests.

- Work schedule: Monday-Friday (09.00 - 17.00 WIB)
