What You'll Do:

  1. Develop a strategic Social Media plan encompassing key elements such as copywriting, content pillars, content writing, and collaboration with content creators.
  2. Create visually compelling content that adheres to content pillars and key messages.
  3. Adhere to pre-agreed schedules for content publication on Social Media platforms.
  4. Optimize posting times for maximum visibility and engagement.
  5. Conduct a thorough analysis of competitors' Social Media activities.
  6. Actively engage with users on Social Media platforms through comments, messages, and mentions.
  7. Coordinate activities with the digital marketing agency for cohesive online strategies.
  8. Collaborate on cross-channel campaigns to amplify the brand's digital presence.
  9. Work in tandem with Marketing Operations to establish content and copywriting standards.
  10. Generate regular reports on Social Media performance, analyzing key metrics.
  11. Use insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve the Social Media strategy.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience as Social Media Officer
  2. Previous employment in Edutech/Tech Company, contributing to a diverse skill set in the digital marketing landscape.
  3. Proficient in conducting research and analytics to inform data-driven decision-making in marketing strategies.
  4. Adept at copywriting and developing content strategies to enhance brand messaging and engagement.
  5. Skilled in design concepts and applications, with a focus on creating visually appealing content.
  6. Experience in optimizing engagement through various digital channels, ensuring effective communication with the target audience.
  7. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in the dynamic field of digital marketing.
  8. Expertise in video graphic production, contributing to a comprehensive skill set in multimedia content creation.
