Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Social Media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.• Plan and create engaging and relevant content for Social Media channels, considering the target audience and platform nuances.• Manage and optimize Social Media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.• Build and nurture online communities, fostering positive interactions and responding to audience engagement.• Implement Social Media campaigns, including paid advertising, contests, and other promotional activities.• Use analytics tools to monitor Social Media performance, track key metrics, and derive insights to optimize strategies.• Stay updated on industry trends, Social Media platform updates, and emerging technologies to incorporate into strategies.• Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to create cohesive and effective Social Media content.• Conduct research to understand the target audience, their behaviors, and preferences on Social Media.• Develop and implement crisis communication plans for handling negative situations on Social Media.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.• Minimum of 2 years work experience in the related field.• Additional education or experience at an agency is a plus.• Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of Social Media trends and strategies.• Desire and ability to manage all Social Media platforms.• Good verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to understand client needs and handle the planning and negotiation process.• Strong administrative and time management skills.
