Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded professional with a minimum of 3 years of work experience to join our team as an Integrated Marketing Specialist. This role encompasses a unique blend of responsibilities, focusing on both media planning and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management. As the Integrated Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to optimize brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
Responsibilities:

Media Planning and Execution:
Forecast and manage budgets for media placements.
Develop and execute strategic media plans, analyzing target demographics, market trends, and consumer behavior.
Align media strategies with overall brand messaging in collaboration with the production house team.
Conduct A/B testing to evaluate ad elements and optimize conversions.
Compile and communicate campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
Analyze data to measure Return on Investment (ROI) and campaign effectiveness.
Develop and maintain relationships with media vendors, negotiating cost-effective placements.

Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management:
Manage end-to-end KOL activities, including listing, approaching, and maintaining relationships.
Understand and execute projects according to briefs and campaign deck, ensuring smooth coordination with selected KOLs.
Proactively supervise onsite and online activities using platforms such as Gsheet, Canva, Telegram, and Whatsapp.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in media planning, digital advertising, and KOL management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
Proficiency in using various online collaboration tools.
