Software Architect (Senior)

Responsibilities:
1. Fully participate in the development, architecture design, transformation and optimization of global core business functions, in-depth exploration and analysis of business needs, and write high-quality technical documents.
2. Accept the challenges of high concurrency and massive data, analyze and discover system optimization points, responsible to promote system architecture transformation and availability's improvement.
3. Abstract and upgrade the architecture of existing business systems to form a new universal platform and improve R&D efficiency.
4. Have a certain degree of technological foresight, passionate about technology, and good at researching and analyzing the technical. implementation of mainstream products in the industry.

Qualifications:
1. More than 6 years of Java development experience, more than 2 years of practical ability in large-scale business application system architecture design and implementation, familiar with the design and application of distributed systems.
2. Familiar with mechanisms such as distribution, caching & messaging, and able to reasonably apply common distributed technologies to solve practical architecture problems.
3. Experience in large-scale application software system architecture design, strong Software Architecture evolution capabilities and practical implementation experience.
4. Large data volume transaction system design and architecture capabilities, familiar with microservices & experience in system architecture design.
5. Have rich experience in architecture design; familiar with system design principles of large capacity, high scalability, and high availability.
6. Familiar with at least three commonly used technologies in high-concurrency systems such as Cache (Redis), MQ systems (Rocket, Rabbit, Kafka), and gateway systems (Nginx, apache httpd).
7. Familiar with containerized deployments such as Docker, Kubernetes, istio service grid, etc & has rich experience in fault degradation, business monitoring, process audit operation and maintenance.
8. Proficient in the framework mechanisms and implementation principles of Spring, mybatis, and Spring Cloud & have experience in the design and development of large-scale distributed system architecture based on the Spring framework.
9. Able to use ShardingJDBC sub-database and sub-table to implement complex relational application systems.
10. Proficient in multi-threaded and high-performance application design, coding and performance tuning, and have experience in high-concurrency application development.
11. Experience in SQL performance optimization.
12. Have experience in securities companies are preferred.
13. English is a must.
