- Have a minimum of 15 years of experience in total, with at least 10 years of experience in the specific area of each role
- Proficient in utilizing 3D design software
- Capable of fulfilling roles in inspection, management, and troubleshooting
- Demonstrate an adaptable and agile work approach
- Possess a skill set that goes beyond the typical capabilities of a designer, encompassing both soft and hard skills
