The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, managing job postings, and hiring processes. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
Fluent in English and Indonesian languages
