Qualification:
- 2 Years of experience in AR/A
- Barchelor's degree in Financial Management (D3/S1)
- Familiar the realta rapshody system is prefered
- Excellent competency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Proactive, analytical, and detail oriented
- Good communication in English (both oral & written)
- Able to communicate & work closely with other department
- Willing to work overtime when required
Job Description :
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
