Staff Accout Receivable

Qualification:

• 2 Years of experience in AR/A
• Barchelor's degree in Financial Management (D3/S1)
• Familiar the realta rapshody system is prefered
• Excellent competency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Proactive, analytical, and detail oriented
• Good communication in English (both oral & written)
• Able to communicate & work closely with other department
• Willing to work overtime when required

Job Description :

• Maintaining the billing system
• Generating invoices and account statements
• Performing account reconciliations
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Producing monthly financial and management reports
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis
