Staff Procurement

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Chemical Engineering/Industrial Engineering.
2. Experience as a Procurement Staff and in Export-Import within the Pharmaceutical/Food & Beverage/Healthcare industry. 
3. Capability in calculating production costs (product costing). 
4. Proficiency in Export & Import processes. 
5. Proficient in Ms. Office (Advanced Excel Skills). 
6. Knowledge of quality systems such as GMP, CPOB. 
7. Ability to use ERP software. 
8. Strong negotiation skills. 
9. Proficient in active English. 
10. Preferably domiciled in Tangerang.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for cost calculations (costing) for both new and existing products. 
2. Conduct sourcing for operational procurement needs of the company. 
3. Manage the Import and Export processes of goods. 
4. Execute the company's procurement process by creating Purchase Orders (POs).
