Job Description:
- Handle import administration
- Receive purchase request from users
- Able negotiate prices
- Ensure materials arrive on time & in accordance with required specifications
- Liaising with production team for product requirements
- Responsible for import activities related to company bussiness especially materials product
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Have good communication & negotiation skill
- Having experience minimum 2 year in purchasing, procurement and import related work is preferably
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment & willing to learn
- Good in Ms Office
- Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 17:30 and Friday 8:30 - 18:00
