Team and Role Introduction:
Lazada Indonesia, a leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia, is dedicated to continuously enhancing the online shopping experience. Our Affiliate Team plays a pivotal role in this mission by generating significant traffic and buyers to the Lazada platform. We achieve this through strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), content creators, talent agencies, and B2B partners, leveraging their extensive networks and social media presence to drive growth and engagement.We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Associate to join our Steering and Project (S&P) Team within the Affiliate Department. This role is instrumental in strategizing, implementing, and optimizing our affiliate marketing efforts to achieve our goals of user acquisition and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct analysis and research on affiliate marketing trends, performance metrics, and competitor strategies to inform affiliate program development
-Assist in setting growth targets, optimizing commission structures, and establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and enhance affiliate performance
-Assist in improving operational processes for the affiliate business by identifying areas for optimization, streamlining workflows, and implementing efficient procedures to enhance overall effectiveness.
-Support the implementation of affiliate campaign initiatives by coordinating project plans, timelines, and resources, facilitating effective execution and delivery to drive user acquisition and revenue growth
-Coordinate marketing support for the affiliate team, including the creation of promotional materials, content development, and campaign planning to maximize affiliate engagement and drive traffic and conversions
