Store Manager - Kupang

As a Boutique Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead and oversee all aspects of the boutique's operations with a focus on increasing sales. You will be entrusted with creating an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue growth and maintaining high standards of service. Requirements :

• Bachelor or Diploma Degree
• Proven experience in retail management, Service, preferably Retail in Luxury Goods Industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Willing to have an background check including BI Checking.
