Store Team Lead (Surabaya)

Responsibilities:
- Build good relationships with team to develop a high-performing
- Responsible and analyze for sales achievement target strategies
- Coordinate with relevant department regarding store needs
- Maintain Store cleanliness, and tidiness all the time
- Monitoring the stock level and ordering more products when required.
- Manage and maintain all the things for the store needs
- Responsible to prepare shift schedule, attendance, sales recapitulation, etc
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree from reputable university
- 2 years working experiences as Store Supervisor in Sales Store, preferably from Cosmetics Retail Industry
- Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques
- Works with Area Sales Operation to develop and maximize the sales team's revenue potential
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goal
- Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others
