Strategic Consultant

Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify
trends, challenges, and opportunities within the company's operations and market
environment. Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting
key insights and actionable recommendations.
2. Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the company's
financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Identify
areas for financial optimization and provide strategies to improve financial health.
3. Market Research: Perform market research to understand industry trends,
competitive landscape, and regulatory changes. Use findings to inform strategic
planning and operational adjustments.
4. Operational Support: Work closely with various departments to collect data and
analyze operational performance. Identify inefficiencies and recommend process
improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
5. Strategic Initiatives: Support the development and implementation of strategic
initiatives by providing analysis-based insights. Evaluate the potential impact of
new projects or services on the company's financial and operational performance.
6. Learning and Development: Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal
learning and development, staying updated with the latest industry trends,
analysis techniques, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Tax, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of relevant experience in taxation at a Big Four accounting firm or as an analyst in a consulting firm.
3.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large amounts of data and turn it into actionable insights.
4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, with an ability to learn new
   technologies quickly.
5.  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
