Job Responsibilities :
- Understand Lazada seller’s journey, find root cause of issues, constructing a solution to eliminate issue and mitigate future risks.
- Collaborate with Category Managers for seller allocation based on different categories, size, and priorities.
- Driving the project towards completing, with a high sense of ownership and quality.
- Performance monitoring towards cross function project KPIs
- Tools management – updating target mapping, and agent-mapping across Lazada and Lazmall sellers and teams.
- Periodically design Performance metrics for BPO and HRO setting
- Collaborate witih Category and cross function to stimulate incentive management and conduct manpower efficiency
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5-year experience in BPO and/or project management from e-commerce, tech, or consulting.
- Leading and collaborating projects efficiently across functions and departments, both locally and regionally
- Managing and reporting Category/Platform timelines and deliberables
- Defining business requirements and high-level process/ system solutions
- An ideal candidate must be ambitious, pro-active, collaborative, has grit and positive attitude.
- Able to work reliably under pressure with multiple stakeholders and to learn in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, SQL
