Supervisor Agronomy

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture.
Minimum. 2 years experience as Supervisor in Agronomy and Tobacco Research.
Proficient in English (passive and active).
Proficient in processing data using Ms. Excel.
Have good analytical skills.
Have experience leading a team.
Work Placement: Klaten, Central Java.

Responsibility:
Compile and analyze agronomic data.
Input data into the Tempu Rejo Leaf System (TRLS) system.
Coordinate subordinates and make field progress reports.
Conduct field and farmer assessments for farmer loans (materials/cash in advance).
Carrying out Agronomic Trial Reporting.
