- Min. 1 year experience as F&B Supervisor/F&B Captain/Manager
- Strong communication skills (within the team and to guests)
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to train employees based on the module
- Problem-solving attitude & skills inventory management skills
- Tasks & responsibilities supervises the activity oh the service area and controlling the day to day operations
- Responsible for procedures of opening and closing the whole restaurant area, manage all service staff, track inventory, create daily manning mapping, conduct daily briefings
- Responsible in creating staff's schedule
- Responsible in sales promotion in each stores
- Able to communicate in English
