Talent Acquisition Specialist

Vasanta Group is currently looking for “Talent Acquisition Specialist” with details as below

Job Descriptions:

1. Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Doing administrative activities like database updates and collecting candidates' documents.
3. Familiar with using online job portals
4. Coordinate with users for the employee request and recruitment process
5. Making recruitment reports daily, weekly, and monthly

Job requirements:

1. Min. a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related major
2. Min. 3 years experience as a Talent Acquisition, property/developer background is preferred
3. Target-oriented, can work in a high-phase environment
4. Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite is a MUST
5. Strong written, verbal, and English skills
6. Good communication and negotiation skills
7. Can adapt to a dynamic environment, can work under pressure
8. Willing to work full WFO in Alam Sutera - Tangerang
