The Talent Manager will be responsible for HR aspects on talent acquisition, performance management, and people development spectrums:
- Develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire exceptional candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to help develop talent profiling and provide guidance on selection process
- Design and implement talent development programs to nurture and enhance employees' capabilities
- Create tailored development plans to support high-potential individuals in reaching their potential
- Collaborate with head departments to identify manpower needs
- Implement performance management system to set clear expectations and track progress
- Develop and oversee employee engagement programs
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field, with accumulated experience of 10-15 years in the talent management field
- Proven expertise in initiating and implementing talent management best practices, covering talent acquisition, talent development, and performance management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with data-driven approach to decision making
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
